We provide our customers with pre-qualified and prioritised security incidents. Our security analysts provide concrete, actionable recommendations and actively support you in the processing and resolution of security incidents.

All data remains in the customers' data centre

To ensure that all data remains in your data centre, the required appliances and licences, as well as any necessary sensor technology, are provided as a managed service in your environment.

Data processing according to DSGVO requirements

The Security Operating Centre is located within the EU (Germany) and is therefore subject to EU data protection regulations. In this way, compliance with the DSGVO requirements is ensured at all times.

Controlware has ISO 27001 and 9001 certifications, the scope of which includes the services described.

Cyber defence as a managed service

The Controlware Cyber Defense Services are available as a managed service - they do not tie up internal personnel for the detection, evaluation, description and prioritisation of security events. If desired, the operation of the detection platform can also be included in the service.

The combination of cyber defence services with infrastructure operating services (operation of the customer's own infrastructure by Controlware) enables you to respond to incidents quickly and sustainably.
